Your data and privacy
The Privacy centre, and how to request a PDF report of the personal data GuyWay holds about you.
The Privacy Notice explains what GuyWay collects, why, and for how long. Open it under Settings, Terms and privacy.

Request your data
Before you start. Your email must be confirmed. If it is not, tap Confirm email first. See Account checkup.
- Open Request your data and tap Request my data.
- Enter the code GuyWay sends to your phone.
- Tap Send request.
- Open the email from GuyWay and click the link to confirm. The link works once, for 48 hours.
The report is a PDF covering your account, trips, payments, ratings, support, messages, checkup, contacts and places, choices and the terms you accepted. It is emailed 72 hours after you confirm, with a download link that works for 7 days. Each step also shows in Inbox.
You can cancel with Cancel request until the report is sent. You can ask again 7 days after a request.
