Why does the app ask me to pay before I book?
A fare or fee from an earlier ride is unpaid. Pay it from the booking screen, the Home tab or the Wallet, and you can book again.
A fare or a fee from an earlier ride is unpaid. The button reads Pay GYD ... to book; tap it, or Pay now on the Home tab or in the Wallet. Once paid, you can book. A ride on your company's profile can still be booked.
