How will I be notified about my ride?
By app notifications: driver confirmed, almost there, arrived, trip started and ended.
By notifications from the app: when a driver accepts, when the car is about 2 minutes away, when it arrives, when the trip starts and when it ends. A ride booked ahead also gets a reminder before the pickup. Ride notifications cannot be turned off and still come during quiet hours. A ride booked on WhatsApp gets its updates on WhatsApp.
