How do I question a line on my statement?
In the app: question a line within 30 days, or dispute the whole statement within 14 days of its issue.
Open the Statement tab, tap the ride or line under Every line, pick the reason and say what you expected. You get a ticket number, and someone replies within five business days; a correction lands as an adjustment on the next statement. To dispute the statement as a whole, tap Dispute it within 14 days of its issue.
