Delete your GuyWay account

You can close your account from inside the app, or from this page without it. Either way it is immediate, it needs nobody at GuyWay to approve it, and the same rules apply.

In the app

  1. Open Account.
  2. Tap Delete account. The screen shows exactly what is erased and what is kept.
  3. Type DELETE in the box and tap the button that closes the account.

If you want a copy of your rides, take it first with Download my data on the same screen. Once the account is closed there is no longer an account to send it to. What is erased and what is kept.

Without the app

Type the mobile number on the account. A code goes to it by WhatsApp or SMS, the same way you sign in, and proves the number is yours. Nothing is deleted until you type the word on the last step.
